Very conveniently located i.e. everything is near bye. Nice Garden/Pool with lots of things for the kids. Bycicles had not enough air. The floor in the house was not really clean (feet became black).

Great home for a family vacation. We had stayed at this home a couple of years ago and really enjoyed our stay. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby and the beach is a few minutes away. I was impressed to see that the master bath had been updated along with the kitchen. My only suggestion is to put mirrors in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. We have 3 daughters and allof them needed the master bathroom to dry and curl their hair since the 2nd bathroom had no electrical outlets. We celebrated our granddaughter’s 15th birthday and we all enjoyed our stay. I definitely give this home 5 stars

My Family had an amazing stay. The house is located in a good neighborhood and very close to the beach which was awesome. The yard was Beautiful and the heated pool was a bonus. The Host was great. We really enjoyed the house the bikes.ping pong table and everything the house had to offer.

Great property exactly as described. Really enjoyed our family vacation in Deerfield Beach. Very nice quiet neighborhood close to the beach and all amenities. Pool was great and backyard is amazing. Everything we needed was in the house, it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Made use of the provided bikes with my kids and also rented a road bike at a nearby shop and rode over 300kms on the A1A and throughout the neigborbood. Absolutely love this place!

We had a very good stay in this home. The location is in a nice neighborhood and very private. The house was clean and looked just like the pictures on the website. The owners were easy to reach and answered any questions that we had. My family enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet setting with heated pool. Was perfect for me and my friends. 1/2 hour from Hard Rock Stadium. The host had manager of property come meet me at check in and walk me through the whole place. Never had that happen before. Highly recommend this property

Really enjoyed staying here! The beds are comfortable. Pillows could use a little refresh they are super thin, so bring your own pillows if possible. Backyard is amazing!!!! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and it has a grill in which we use several times.

The pool was dirty. They clean days is Sundays so we have to getting out and do nothing for the rest of the weekend. Checking in at 4pm Friday so they haven't clean this pool since last Sunday. Cockroach all over kitchen area.and diner room...I got the pictures to proved. And i under the impression that someone was wondering around inside the house went we had to go out ..management guys impossible to deal with it ..have text and pictures of conversations. To proved..we will not definitely comback to that property. I will never recommend to anyone. Vrvo should check out this guy's for safety and health issues. We all got sick for the pool dirty waters. My kids endup on emergency room with ears infection. Antibiotics was required..also proof of doctors visits...really a dissatisfied and felling like being rob. After $$$$$ stay home..not good at all...Hopefully Vrvo do something about it for this guy's stop lying to vacationers..trip from NYC waisted my money and risk my family health..old people also sick eyes infection from dirty waters. 72 years old lady endup at the hospital too. Dirty water pool not properly clean.

Your very own tropical paradise in the backyard. Absolutely beautiful and well kept. House looks to have been recently updated. Very clean and spacious with anything you needed there pretty much. So close to the beach and any and everything. Really great location. Would 100% recommend and go back.

A day before arrival, I was notified that our house was not available due to a plumbing problem, but that the replacement was “better”. Though adequate, we noted several maintenance issues inside and out. The yard was unkempt. I think we would have preferred the other house, based on a drive by and the vrbo listing photos.

This was our second time renting this property. We love the neighborhood. Closeness to numerous food stores, restaurants and the beach was outstanding. The property was very comfortable for my wife and I and our 9 pound maltipoo. We had family visit at different times.the backyard was very relaxing with the heated pool and plenty of sun and shade. The house is older but we had no issues. The host Kevin responded quickly when we had any questions. We would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Pros: The house easily sleeps 6 and can accommodate more for dinner and sitting at the pool. Pool is very clean and quiet (no real road noise to speak of) and you feel like you are in your own private oasis. Overall, very clean and comfortable. Cons: Nothing major to complain about other than the house is very old and shows it's age. Lights flicker every time the A/C comes on (old wiring), cracks in paint and ceilings and old furnishings, but they show that fairly in the pictures, so no reason to deduct a star for that. Needed a few replacement light bulbs, which the owners/hosts took care of immediately. Excellent communication with the owner/hosts. Would definitely go there again.

We’ve rented the house during an upgrade of our home. Great location, 2 min drive or a nice 15 min walk from one of the best grocery stores in the area, as well as a few restaurant and other shops. The beach is 15-20 min on bike or 5 min drive away. The house was beautifully clean and well maintained, equipped with everything you’ll need, even spices and condiments for cooking. The pool was lovely and bigger then it looks on the pictures. We’ve got it cleaned half way of our stay without asking. The grill outside was super clean as well. The garden is beautiful, lush and very private. Gino and Kevin were both very responsive and helpful. Absolutely recommended for families with all ages of children! Thank you for the lovely staycation!

We came here for 4th of July week and the every first night (July 3rd) at 8:30pm I get a text from the owner saying that the neighbors called him saying my kids were being loud in the pool and if they could be more quiet. There was literally people across the street letting fireworks off and it wasn't even 10pm yet. The next night the kids were at the pool again.. I didn't want any problems so the kids were aware that they needed to keep inside vices outside lol. It's 10:30pm and I'm outside with the kids when the neighbor decides to start yelling and cussing at my kids over the fence. We are an interracial family and she finishes her rant by saying "you need to go back to where you came from." Our last night the police came at 9:30 and said that she caller so many time that they had to come out but even then they agree that the lady was being absurd because I didn't have any music on or nothing and that the noise ordnance isn't till11:30 so I wasn't doing anything wrong. If you plan on NOT making any noise or even coming outside after 8:30 then this is a great place for you to stay

We loved our stay! The house was very clean. The property is close to beaches and a number of great restaurants. The pool was amazing and the tropical plants made for a beautiful view. My husband loved the mangos. The house is in need of some TLC.. we were disappointed and concerned to see door jams broken and what looked like mold on ceilings in both bathrooms. One of the bedroom doors looked like some forced their way and took a large portion of the frame with it. The front door also showed signs of a forced entry. Hoping the property management company fixes damages before they rent again. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

This is a house I would enjoy living in all the time. Love the tile floors, it's spacious, love the heated pool, outdoor sitting areas, covered and open, surrounding plants and trees, especially the mango trees. Even my Shih Tzu enjoyed being there. Would visit again.

First the good, the location is perfect, 5 min from everything, restaurants, grocery store, liquor store, beach. Check in was a breeze, hosts are friendly, quick to respond, and accommodating. House has nice size for a large family, big living area, room for 10 at the dinner table, and a big back yard and nice pool. The only negative would be the house is in need of some TLC. Backyard while tropical was a bit overgrown, inside there are a few areas of damage (water or termite) around windows that are in need of repair. Little things like a fresh coat of paint, replacing missing electrical covers, cleaning windows inside and out, and repairing the broken doorjab are easy fixes that would make a huge difference. All in all a decent place thats close to everything.

First of all, the service was excellent. Gino was responsive, flexible and helpful. Secondly, the property was excellent. 1. It was well-maintained. 2. Located in a beautiful area and neighborhood. 3. Conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc., but itself was on a quiet street surrounded by other well-maintained homes. 4. The house easily fit our family of five and was comfortable, clean and had the amenities we needed. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were very useful as we stayed for about a week. 5. The pool was clean and perfect for our family. 6. The property was just a short drive to the beach. I can't recommend this property enough. We had rented several houses on VRBO over the past few years and this was by far the best.

House exactly as advertised, nice and clean and very convenient to everything we wanted. House was very comfortable. Gino was a perfect host. Pool was excellent and well maintained by Rick who was very pleasant and came later in the day to allow full day use of the pool. Bbq needs new drip plates (mostly rusted out) but functioned well with bbq mats. Here for 10 weeks, had no problem with neighbours. Would come back again when/if available.

It is hard to come up with a rating for this property because I loved it by day and hated it by night. By day I enjoyed the peaceful and private backyard. Sitting outside reading and relaxing was a joy. The swimming pool was ample-sized, clean and well heated. I was in it for hours every day. The location of the house was very convenient. The large TV with extensive cable service was great for family movie nights. The house is old and worn with minor cosmetic upgrades but nothing that caused a problem for me. The problem with the house is the bedding. The mattresses were cheap and the pillows old, flat and uncomfortable. I never got a good night's sleep while I was there. If not for that I would have loved this house - but on vacation I want to be able to sleep well. I should also mention that the manager met us at the house when we arrived and was very helpful and friendly. Again, there was much to like about this property but I'm not sure I would return.

This home would be a fantastic getaway: a stunning backyard, heatable pool, pleasant outdoor seating area and close proximity to the beach... it has these features. There are, however, three critical things that need to be addressed. 1. OMG the smell. From the second we walked in, we were hit in the face with a deep, disturbing scent of ammonia and other dank chemical odors. Several of our party found it difficult to stay indoors. Hopefully this issue is transient, but it was present for our whole week-long stay, never abating. We contacted the lister early in our stay, never receiving a response (It was Christmas... so...). It surprised us that no reviews had mentioned this, as it was quite awful. 2. Black mold/yuck coming from ceiling vents. 3. One bedroom rendered useless due to exceptionally loud air handler right in the closet - nobody could sleep in there. We have photos but are unable to add photos in reviews. All in all, it is a nice little house. These couple of things just made it a bit uncomfortable during our stay.
