Location

We found the room dirty after the previous guest - trash, dirty dishes, dirty bed. We were told that the cleaning person is not answering, therefore, we have to clean everything ourselves. It was around 7 pm and we had no other place to go. Terrible experience. We were refunded for one night although the whole weekend was ruined. The host wasnt apologetic, wasnt helpful or caring. Very rude.

Very cold not sutable for stays in winter. Floor was very cold and the flat itself was too cold to sleep. Had to sleep with clothes on

Small modern minimal appartment in the beautiful area

The area and the street is beautiful, the apartment is very clean, easy to get in, clear communication. Ideal for people that love modern minimal neutral interior. Bathroom is huge and super nice! The terrace is a great extension of the appartement.

More/bigger kitchen towels would be really good. As well as a shelf around the bedroom bed to put small belonging, as there is no place or corner for that. Really uncosy cold light lamps in the living room. The communication was impersonal and cold. We felt really unwelcomed when we got a long email listing aaaall the forbidden things and the penalties of deducting money in case you break something, etc (of course these are valid rules but I've never seen such a strict email to welcome guests). As a result, we felt insecure to do our simple daily routines in the flat.. I'd invite the owner to think about this hospitality aspect.

Decent accommodation in an incredible town

Juodkrante is incredible, a little piece of heaven and this accommodation benefits from being there. If I have to rate the accommodation itself, it was clean and had most things you want but I expected more

The photos can be a bit misleading as the rooms vary quite a bit. Make sure to filter based on what you're booking, I thought our rooms will have a proper bed, but it was only a sofa bed.

The room is neat and clean. The kitchen has everything you need. I think the presence of a beach umbrella is a plus. The room is small,but comfortable.

My rating has been lowered for several reasons: you still haven't solved the problem with the internet, despite the fact that I asked you to do it several times. No normal WiFi in room 15. I'm glad I didn't have any important work calls this week. I had to share the internet with my computer, with my mother (who used the Polish internet all week). I think this is a complete fail.The instructions in the mail have one password - a different one on the paper in the room. But the internet doesn't work normally with any of the variations (Smilga,smilga2,smilga5). The internet is basic. The second problem is check-in at 16:00. This is also terribly inconvenient. And you have to pay extra for "early" check-in. I think everything has been thought out. Because everyone knows what time the bus from Vilnius arrives. And it arrives at 13:00. Ok,14.00-15.00,but not 16.00.And one more minus - there are no hooks for towels in the bathroom. This is strange.

Location is great, silent building and surroundings, the appartment equipped with all needed.

It was slightly cold. There were electric heaters in both rooms and bathroom, but anyhow temperature was always at lower part. I’m sure it’s not an issue during the summer time 🤍

It was absolutely NOT clean. We had to wash every single dish and utensil before using it. The bedings were clean, but the areas under the bed and sofa, as well as the corners in the apartmeny were not cleaned for a long time. The bin was not cleaned after changing the trash bag. The apartment had a fake home scent which was very irritating for the first day.

The apartment was so cold.. we traveled with our 1years old child and they know that.. Apartment is not suitable for living in the cold season. I don’t recommend this place.. also there was an bad smell in the toilet when we arrived..

It’s nice, newly renovated. Amazing TV and very good spot in side of Juodkrantė. Has all needed kitchen accessories. Has AC.

Perfect family holidays

Perfectly clean. There was everything you need for comfortable stay. We found 2 watermelon-like pillows which were distraction for kids while we were preparing breakfast 😀 Beds were confortable, kitchen well equipped and bathrom fresh as new. There is shop nearby and nice promenade near water. For families i suggest to try Malka restaurant. Perfect holidays, thank you!

We were not able to use remote for conditioning, it was not responding when we tried to turn it off. But default mode was fine.

Disappointing with construction site next to the flat

The place is in the center of Juodcrante, not far from the beach and supermarket. Flat is well equipped.

We had flat 9. beds were already used when we arrived and host didn’t react when we asked for fresh bed sheets. There was a construction site directly next to our flat, which was loud in the morning. Host didn’t mention the construction before arrival and booking.com accepted the poor excuse that it was mentioned on the website. The host however added an English sentence to the German description after we complained. There were two alarms in the house during the night, when we slept. This was annoying (we don’t know what happened, alarm started in another flat). There was a restaurant close to our terrace, we felt observed by restaurant guests and there was food smell.

Very nice appartment, but very rude host.

Nice and clean, newly furnished apartment, good and quite location, good facilities including dishes, washing mashine, hair dryer, etc. Everything is ok and recommended regarding the apartment, except the host.

Not a very big problem, but consider that there is no dedicated parking. Free parking on the street, but it’s quite busy during season, so not always easy to find a free space nearby. Terrible host. We paid price for 4 persons, but host prepared bed only for 2. When asked for bedding for second bed, host asked to pay extra money. We refused to pay extra as we already paid price for 4 people, host started to be very unprofessional and rude, said that Customers like us are ruining his day and his Friday and also never gave that bedding for second bed. Reported to Booking Support, host said that we can complain, he doesn’t care. And made all this hassle just because of bedding!!!

The apartment is excellent, has everything you need (dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, heaters, washing machine). Very comfortable beds. Easy to get the keys through the locker. Very picturesque around - quiet street, view of the bay from the window

The building is still being renovated (March 2023), so it wasn't very clean. Since the apartments are new, they are still missing details for convenience: towel racks in the kitchen and bath, shoe racks and shoe spoons.

Wonderful location of Juodrantė, very calm and fresh environment for relaxing stay

The location is perfect, of course everything in Juodrantė is close enough. It was 1st floor (2nd in Lithuania0 and it was nice view of Curonian lagoon. Two balconies in the apartment.

It was winter outside, and inside at the same time. It was super cold. DO not recommend to chose this location to stay in winter. We received the wrong key locker code it was not allowed to come earlier, only for extra charge, but nobody was staying in our room before us.
