The area and the street is beautiful, the apartment is very clean, easy to get in, clear communication. Ideal for people that love modern minimal neutral interior. Bathroom is huge and super nice! The terrace is a great extension of the appartement.
More/bigger kitchen towels would be really good. As well as a shelf around the bedroom bed to put small belonging, as there is no place or corner for that. Really uncosy cold light lamps in the living room.
The communication was impersonal and cold. We felt really unwelcomed when we got a long email listing aaaall the forbidden things and the penalties of deducting money in case you break something, etc (of course these are valid rules but I've never seen such a strict email to welcome guests). As a result, we felt insecure to do our simple daily routines in the flat.. I'd invite the owner to think about this hospitality aspect.

Location is perfect for family stay. Everything is nearby.
Two floor apartment stairs might be somewhat too steep for toddlers.

Nice flat
Very cold not sutable for stays in winter. Floor was very cold and the flat itself was too cold to sleep. Had to sleep with clothes on
