Beautiful

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The flat is very spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely well equipped, including a fully fitted kitchen. The beds are very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The terrace is absolutely beautiful and offers an amazing view – a perfect place to relax. Parking is conveniently located right in front of the entrance. Mr. Martin is incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Communication with him was excellent from start to finish. We highly recommend this accommodation and would love to return in the future.

Good for summer card

Location - Close to Sigmund Thun Gorge and high mountain reservoirs, decent supermarket, Zell am See 15min drive. Included summer card is a massive bonus

Very basic accomodation, even hand soap wasn't available. Very noisey neighbours and lack of sound insulation made it difficult to sleep at night. Cleanliness could be better

1) eastward orientation of of the appartment, resulting in too much light in the morning, and not enough light in the afternoon, 2) relatively far from bus stop to walk in ski boots, resulting in need to go to the glacier by car and 3) no separation of the rubbish, all waste in one garbage can, no environmentally friendly

Perfect

This is a perfect apartment for a family or a small group of friends. It is a clean and spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the mountains. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the house is located in a quiet area of Kaprun, just a few minutes' walk from the bus station. From there, you can reach the town center and all the ski lifts with just a few stops. The apartment also offers free access to a shared sauna and a room for storing skis, bicycles, and other equipment. The owner is friendly and helpful.

I have only positive things to say. My experience was excellent, and I have no complaints at all.

Perfect

We had a wonderful stay at this house for five nights. Mr.Martin was incredibly responsive and always quick to answer any questions we had, which made our experience even better. The house was spotless, warm, and fully equipped with everything we needed with beautiful View on the mountains . We also received a Summer Card as part of the stay, which added great value and allowed us to enjoy many activities in the area. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend this place!

Beyond phenomenal

This place is beyond phenomenal. The location is perfect since it is away from the center noises. The apartment was extremely clean and cozy. The host, Mr. Martin, was an amazing person. Even though we did not meet him in person but he was there via SMS whenever we need anything. He was so hospitable host. If I ever come back to Caprun or Zell am see, this place would be my choice. We got lucky since it is fully booked during summer and then winter. 😍 Thank you Martin from my family and myself.

Exceptional

This apartment is modern and all newly equipped. It is also very spacious with a large sunny balcony with view on the mountains. It is located at the end of Kaprun off the main road, so it is quit place.

المبلغ وطلب منا مبلغ زياده 100 يورو عشان فوط وفراشات والخروج طلب منا نطلع الساعه 10 الصبح غير تسجيل الذخول الي كان متاخر الساعه 3 العصر وقبل مانطلع يبغا نضف المكان والمواعين ونطلع الأوصاخ

Top appartement, echt een aanrader

Het is een heel fijn appartement. Op een goede locatie. Het heeft eigen parkeer gelegenheid. De keuken is goed uitgerust. Wat vooral uit blinkt was de eigenaar. Deze is ontzettend aardig en attent en meedenkt. Een summercard was ook inbegrepen wat ook echt een meerwaarde heeft. Ik heb geen gebruik gemaakt van de sauna faciliteiten maar dat zag er wel netjes uit.

Het is nu oktober 2025. Het naast gelegen appartement werd grondig verbouwd. Er was veel overlast voor mij overdag. De eigenaar heeft er alles aangedaan om het mij zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken maar de verbouwing ging wel gewoon door. Ik vermoed dat dit over een paar weekjes over is. De bedden zijn vrij hard. Een topper erop zodat kunnen oplossen.

شقه جميله جداً تصلح للعوائل وموقعها مناسب ونسبه الامان فيها عاليه جداً وسهوله الجيك ان خدمه ذاتيه ومارتن كان جداً متعاون ومستجيب لنا اول باول يرد على الاستفسارات بكل رحابه صدر والحمام يوجد شطاف انصح وبقوه

يفضل يكون في حمام ثاني بالشقه لكن بشكل عام فوق التوقعات

Vakantie kaprun

Dat we eerder konden inchecken. En dat beide slaapkamers niet tegen elkaar aanliggen. De zomerpas.

1 badkamer , dat je moest douchen in bad. En dat je maar 1 kleine en 1 grote handdoek krijgt voor een week.... De keuken had ook wel een schoongemaakt mogen worden binnen en buiten.

Sehr gut, gern wieder.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und ideal für zwei Paare oder eine vierköpfige Familie. Die Lage war für uns sehr gut: zehn Gehminuten vom Ortskern und 5 kurze Kilometer zum Skilift. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter top. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
