Attached garage. 5 minutes to Prescott Valley shopping & dining; 20 minutes to historic downtown Prescott; Vaulted ceilings, open floorplan, skylights, fully furnished, complete kitchen for your family's fun and relaxation. Repeat guests will notice new wood-look vinyl plank flooring adding to the charm and warmth of this home. King bed, 2 twins, queen pull-out sofa, sleeps 6 comfortably. Prescott Golf Club offers reasonable public greens fees; Redwoods Grill features inside and patio dining. Short walk from the condo to the clubhouse and practice area. 80 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport, 77 minutes to State Farm Stadium, 1 hour to Sedona, 50 minutes to Cottonwood, 2 hours to the Grand Canyon. The condo was equipped with thought and care for someone away from home! Nice decor and a very calm, relaxing vibe. Many small amenities were added to make my stay more enjoyable. I would definitely rate Mary as a first class host!!

Great location. Found sheets in dryer. Pulled out couch to watch TV and food was in couch. Host had coffee and soaps to use which was a nice feature.
