Landing Stunning 1BD Pool Game Room

We liked the location relative to our son and his family; about 10 minutes away. We also liked the pool and the area around it, the barbeque grills, and the fitness center.

When we went in to our unit (#5205), we notices the bed sheets were not clean. Clean sheets were sent to us the following morning and we made the bed. In a previous stay, several months before, we had to move from the unit we were originally scheduled to stay in because the bed was not made, and the used sheets were on the bed -- unmade. The other main frustration of staying at this place for us was the parking. We would usually go to our son's to have dinner and see his family (wife, and two little daughters). We would leave for the condo around 8:30 that evening. Parking for us (short-term stay) was always challenging, with very few spaces left at that hour. I noticed that most of the handicapped spots were taken by vehicles that did not have any handicapped designations (license plate or something hanging from the rear-view mirror). In fact, on several nights, some of the vehicles parked in handicapped spots were large commercial trucks. We won't stay at this facility in future trips to Prescott Valley.

The location of the property was great for us. We also liked the unit and how it was laid out, as well as the pool area, the grills, and the fitness center.

The use of a series of numbers or our phones to get into the building and the unit was confusing, at first. It took us a couple of days to get it right. While we accept that we owned some of that learning curve, it would have been great if we had some information in advance so we knew what to expect. With no one on site who could actually confirm our registration and help us in to the unit, we had to get it right.
