We had an issue when we arrived. The house had not been cleaned prior to arrival. I contacted Kelly and he was very surprised. He immediately contacted the cleaners and got them over to the house. They did a great job and the issue was resolved. Kelly compensated us for our inconvenience. We had a great stay. We were there for a wedding in Dewey. We also ventured out to Sedona and Grand Canyon. It was a great location. Amenities were exactly what we needed.

Great place to stay for a Prescott visit. Super quiet neighborhood, quick shot to Prescott Valley or to ER campus. Loved having the arcade and air hockey table downstairs. Would definitely stay again next time we visit our son.

We had a great stay in this beautiful house. It was a very comfortable home anway from home and clean. It had every amenity we needed! We loved the game roomand cozy entertainment room for relaxing and watching our favorite shows. We hope to be able to make this one of our regular places to stay when we need a break from the valley.
