Clean, quite and very comfortable for our family gathering. The large balcony looking over the Swiss Valley Park was a wonderful bonus and the fireflies were plentiful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of cooking things for us to have family meals. The location was very convenient to Dyersville and Dubuque for our events. Many thanks to our host for the ease of check in and the clear instructions for check out. We look forward to staying again!

Nice place, but I would only stay here again from Sept-May. No central air (a wall unit in the living room), so it was extremely difficult to get the upstairs bedrooms cooled down at night when daytime temps were in the 90s. The location was nice, and the owner/property manger was very responsive.
