Nicely renovated, this 20m studio is ideal for 2 traveller's (up to 3 with a baby and a crib with an extra €15 for the stay)
In the living room you have a double sofa bed.
The dining area is a real plus. The kitchen is functional. The shower room is neat and pleasant.

It is located in the heart of the Marais, a historic, lively and central district of the capital with optimal service.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Marais, a historic district of Paris. Many alleys, pedestrian, trendy, with restaurants, bars, fashion designer boutiques, museums and gardens.
You will find very good artisans/caterer and supermarkets around the apartment.
The Marais offers direct access to Bastille, the Quais de Seine, the Louvre, Jardin des Tuileries, Châtelet, Center Pompidou, Champs-Élysées etc...

Opera Bastille: 0.6 km
Saint-Louis Island: 0.7 km
Town Hall: 1.0 Km
Louvre: 2.5 km
Getting Around:
Service is easy and secure:
5 minutes from the metro: St-Paul line N° 1 and Sully-Morland line N°7, i.e. all of Paris in a few stations.
Many buses, cycle paths or scooters are available.
The most pleasant and easy way is to walk because every corner is a sight.

I was happy to find an affordable rental in my favorite neighborhood. Le Marais is a popular place to stay, and can be quite busy – but this studio is on a very quiet residential street. Yet it’s a short walk to patisserie, Metro, grocery store and restaurants. If location is important to you, this is a good choice.The downside is it’s not very comfortable. There is no longer a sofa bed, so there’s nowhere to sit. (aside from two small dining chairs) The bed however, is comfortable. There is now a closet to store your luggage and you could hang some clothes, if there were hangers. I appreciate having the luggage out of the way.With the mini fridge and cooktop, we were able to prepare some meals at home, which saved money Overall it was fine since it was quiet, and very safe and secure.

Management company was very accommodating and communicative. Had some recurring plumbing issues with the shower but nothing too bad and they took care of it quickly.

The prooerty was just as describe in the Marais area. Bey close to St. Antoine and walking distance to most sites of interest
In a very quiet area and secure building. The only issue wa that when taking a shower the watet would overflow in the bathroom
