Location was perfect, right in front of the Beach and next to the mall.

Too much steps and our parking was far from our room.

Getting the keys were very easy. Communication was great and we were sent videos on how to get the keys etc. The apartment is very nice. Perfect for a couple wanting to get away for a few days. Very lovely view and close to restaurants. The wifi connected without any problems. There were bath towels and a nice bonus pool towels. The parking was a disaster. The parking for this unit is at the lowest floor at the gate. Someone else kept parking on the unit’s spot (suspected it was security or maintenance). There were so many steps up to the apartment! If you are an elderly couple, this is not for you. A warning about all the steps would have been great, especially if you had to walk from the parking spot. The swinging chair on the balcony is a bit broken and has definitely seen better days, the lights outside did not work, a bit of ltc is needed. We did not use the kitchen as we only stayed for two days, we mostly went to restaurants, so cannot comment on anything kitchen wise. The batroom was adequate, just a bit difficult to shower as it is not a fixed shower. It is one of those bath handheld shower hoses, so the level of it was not high enough (above your head). For couples wanting to rather take a bath, it would not be a train smash. For us loving a comfortable shower, it might be a bit frustrating. The description says there is a hot tub, but we could not find it. We went to use the pool and saw that there is a small kiddies pool - I am assuming this is the “hot tub” being advertised. There is a lift you can take from a certain level up to the pool, unfortunately for us, the lift started at the level of our unit, so we still had to walk up and down stairs from the car. I would definitely stay here again. It is small things that bothered me a bit, but overall the apartment is great with a lovely view. Everything a couple needs.

I like the location, view, near shops and restaurants. Aircon was great

I did not like all the signs all over the place with rules and regulations..Dont do this, not allowed to do that. Did not feel very welcoming, seemed very authoritrian. The pillows weren't great, very puffy until you put your head on it then it dissapears. The security was very lacking... basically anyone can walk in at any time without having to give any information about themselves. Building itself could use some maintenance.

Ideally located close to all amenities and across the road from the main beach. The apartment is well kept and comfortable. Sheena is an absolute gem about her guests.
