first of all I would like to start with that nowhere does it say that someone else lives in that house and it seems to be the owner's mother, my son got scared on the first night because late at night he saw someone in the yard, about the house's facilities I am very disappointed the bedding was not clean the floor was so dirty we couldn't stand barefoot and there was a strong smell in the house, about the facilities you don't really have much more than an electric hob and air conditioning, the oven on the stove doesn't work, there is no washing machine, the owner's mother every morning around 7:00-8:00 she works something in the yard and makes noise and we were woken up every morning, she looks out the window into the house. the last thing that disgusted me was on the last day when I saw the owner's mother urinating in the yard where my child played.. I hope you don't make the same mistake as me and don't check the reviews before booking

Relaxing

A very nice welcome. The owner is a very kind, warm and hospitable woman. The house has a very good layout with two separate bedrooms and a living room with dining room. There is a large TV and comfortable sofas in front of it. Surrounded by lots of greenery and it's peaceful. We will definitely stay again.

In the evening, you have to be careful with mosquitoes when using the comfortable veranda.

Ottimo punto di partenza in pieno relax.

Anna è un'ospite molto accogliente e simpatica. La casa di campagna é piuttosto isolata e tranquilla e con un comodo parcheggio. Abbiamo gradito in particolare il wifi, il prestito di ombrelloni e lettini la pulizia e la.simpatia. Per posizione é ideale per visitare un territorio molto vasto e meraviglioso, da Salonicco al monte Athos. La spiaggia migliore più vicina é quella tra nea poteidaia e agios mamas (il paese evitabile) mentre il paese di riferimento per cena passeggiata e shopping é sicuramente Aphitos.

Della casa niente di particolare... Forse un armadio in più farebbe comodo. La spiaggia più vicina alla casa non è granché ma basta prendere l'auto e si arriva ovunque in poco tempo.

В целом было не плохо)) но думаю , что мало описано информации ,по поводу жилья . Во первых дом стоит между двумя автострадами 🛣️ ) поэтому очень шумно . Во вторых все кто читает условия проживания ,должны знать , что хозяйка живет на одной усадьбе с домом , который вы снимаете 🤷‍♀️ Она хоть и в пристройке живет , но постоянно присутствует, ухаживая за территорией . До моря не далеко, но дорога включает подъемы и спуски. Пляж не ухоженный и хозяева местного прибрежного общежития не очень довольны отдыхающим из вне. Поэтому настойчиво предлагали загорать в стороне от их зонтиков

Ev oldukça kullanışlı ve temizdi. Bahçe içinde oldukça keyifli vakit geçirdik. Barbeküsü vardı. Ev sahibimiz her türlü ihtiyacımızı temin etti. Kendisi çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever davrandı. Yakınlardaki market, kasap vs. gösterdi. Ayrıca güzel plajları ve yemek yerlerini tavsiye ederek bize rehberlik yaptı. Evin 200 mt. ilerisindeki sahili de çok beğendik. Denizi tertemiz ve tenhaydı. Ev sahibimiz bize şemsiye ve sandalye temin ettiği için rahat vakit geçirdik.
