We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed getting acquainted with our hosts.

The location of the hotel was excellent -- right on the Lungomare in front of a free beach, a 5-minute walk to the train station, and a 10-minute walk to just about any spot in town. We had a room with a lovely sea view. The proprietors were both efficient and friendly, making sure that everyone was comfortable.

Very relaxing stay, very enjoyable. Would go back.

The breakfast and hosts and location were amazing. The rooms were very nice and the AC worked well, which was important! We would definitely go back to this location if we went back to Sestri Levante. The hosts were especially kind, helping with any request and the cocktail bar is a cool hangout with excellent drinks.

Friendly hotel with great location a few minutes walk from town and opposite the beach. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast buffet. Room was comfortable and had a sea view. I would recommend without hesitation.

The owners of the Seven Boutique Hotel are exceptionally helpful, attentive and friendly, they are what sets the hotel apart from most other hotels, it is clearly important to them that their guests have an enjoyable stay. The room exceeded all expectations, other than the balcony being small, but if this isn't important to you then I would strongly recommend this hotel, it is a true boutique hotel. Breakfast offers a great selection and is exceptionally good, with a fantastic outlook towards the sea.

We prefer a larger balcony, but other than that this hotel is great.

Great welcome in a friendly hotel in a great location.

The location, the welcome and the care the team showed us. Seven Boutique Hotel is a small family run hotel where nothing is too much trouble. The whole team were helpful, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is homemade and substantial. The cocktails and aperitifs were a bonus. The hotel is next to the beach, a short walk from the restaurants and five minutes from the railway station. Sestri Levante is a relaxed town with beaches and restaurants. It sits a short train ride from Portofino in the north and the villages of the Cinque Terre to the south. The trains are frequent, easy to navigate and inexpensive. If you are looking to explore the Ligurian coast then you can’t improve on Seven Boutique Hotel in Sestri Levante

The rooms were furnished in a strange way. Ours was black and white only. It seems that each room has another theme which is a nice idea. As the parking was private we had to leave the hotel and the garage at 11h so we could not spend the afternoon at the sea (we had heat-sensitive stuff in the car and could not leave it outside)

What a gem to find! This boutique hotel was beautiful and absolutely what I was hoping for. We had an ocean view and an adorable room. The bed was comfy and the owners were fantastic. The gentlemen even took my luggage and walked us to the train station. They had breakfast every day but we are sleepers and stayed out late most nights so didn’t take advantage of it as much as we could have.

What a jewel of a hotel, smack dab in the middle of the cutest coastal Italian town! Our expectations were exceeded once we arrived as Tiziana and Giorgio immediately took us under their wing and took care of us from beginning to end! The hotel is right across the street from the beach and within 10 min walk to most anywhere in the city. We walked ALOT, ate alot, took cooking classes, hiked Punta Manara (highly recommend for the views, but tougher than the reviews say), and generally enjoyed the convenience of this Italian town due to the hotel's excellent location. The morning breakfast was AMAZING and was one of our favorite parts of the day. Huge selection, excellent cappucio's, and many baked goods home cooked by Tiziana! They definitely took pride in everything they served and there was no lack in selection or qty! I was in heaven with all the baked goods!! We were also able to eat at the hotel as it was raining at times while there, and the food at Seven Boutique was wonderful and reasonable. We will defintiley recommend this hotel and town to friends and would go back in a heartbeat!

Absolutely nothing negative! Note: There is less english spoken in this Italian vacation spot, but with Taziana's effort and Google Translate, we easily got by.

The hotel is a small quirky super clean hotel with fab decor and ambience. It is situated across from the beach yet close enough to the train station. The staff there could not do enough for us, even providing beach hotels. The breakfast is superb!

Wonderful small hotel with owner's attention

A wonderful small hotel right by the beach. The owner is really nice, helpful and ensured we had a great stay. The breakfast was included and we just ordered what we wanted. We had a light lunch salad with the best balsamico I have ever had and were treated to some extra cheese. After spending time on the beach we sat down in their outdoor seating for just a drink and they served a whole platter of delicious snacks (foccacia, cheese, tomatoes, etc). Room was small but clean and comfortable with A/C, a comfortable bed, modern bathroom and window shades. The street outside was not very busy and seemed to be closed to traffic in the evening/night, so the room was very quiet.

War ein voller Erfolg, vor allem auch das Schnorcheln mit der Seefauna und die Fischgerichte.

Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch mit verschiedenen Kuchen, Focaccia, sehr feinen Fruchtsäfte, Omeletten, Weissbrot und Fruchtsalat mit Joghurt.

Dass die Strandbäder im Herbst abgebrochen werden. Zum Glück war noch ein Strandbad mit Restaurant offen (Sporting).

Mauvais rapport qualité/prix

La situation géographique et la décoration de cet établissement, notamment les plantes sur la terrasse extérieure, en font un lieu de choix.

Le personnel était particulièrement désagréable voire irrespectueux envers la clientèle. C'est regrettable dans un établissement qui pratique ce genre de tarif. Le petit-déjeuner n'est servi qu'à partir de 8H. Autrement dit, il faut faire un arbitrage entre prendre son petit-déjeuner ou partir en visite car les horaires des trains à destination des cinq terre partent aux alentours des 8H. De plus, la literie était en très mauvais état, une cuvette s'était formée du coté gauche du lit.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Gerne wieder.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Raus aus dem Zimmer, rüber an den Strand. Oder auch kurz mal einen Stadtbummel machen. Frühstück war (für italienische Verhältnisse) perfekt. Frischer Saft, Obst, Wurst, Kuchen, alles da. Sehr angenehm auch, dass es gerade mal 7 Zimmer gibt, alle im Hochparterre. Nur ein paar Treppen hoch und schon da. Anmietung einer Garage (beim Bahnhof) hat auch prima geklappt. Gassigehen direkt vor der Haustür. Am besten waren aber Chef und Chefin. Superfreundlich ! Nett und immer bereit für Infos, kurze Unterhaltung usw.

Leider war unser Zimmer nicht ganz so ruhig. Straßenreinigung, laute Mopeds, Partyheimkehrer usw. Ausserdem gibt es wohl in direkter Nachbarschaft einen Kindergarten, wo es vormittags eben etwas lauter wird. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern und Klimaanlage waren die Geräusche aber erträglich; deswegen nicht das große Problem.

Bella struttura, comoda per il mare e per un giro in centro.

La posizione, meraviglioso svegliarsi la mattina e, dal letto, premendo un pulsante si apre il panorama del mare: fantastico! La colazione è abbondante, i titolari sono gentilissimi.

In bagno servirebbe per qualche appoggio per gli asciugamani. Le torte del bar, per altro buonissime, con queste temperature, andrebbero protette in una vetrina di conservazione fresca.

Herzlich und unvergesslich!

Zuerst hatten wir das kleinste Zimmer. Sobald verfügbar, konnten wir - ohne Aufpreis - in die Ferienwohnung wechseln. Das Frühstück, mit viel Liebe zubereitet, war hervorragend. Giorgio hat uns mit Koffer zum Bahnhof begleitet 👍🙋‍♂️

Piccola struttura, ma completa di tutto!La gentilezza e simpatia della siga Tiziana e di suo marito sono impareggiabili; al SEVEN BOUTIQUE HOTEL ci si sente proprio coccolati.La colazione della mattina è a bouffet ed è ricca di tutto.Ottime le torte.Pur non disponendo di ristorante insalate,tigelle,formaggi e affettati sono sempre disponibili e di ottima qualità, mezzogiorno e sera.Se si aggiunge che il SEVEN dista dalla passeggiata lungo mare e dai lidi non più di 20 mt ho detto tutto.Consigliatissimo! PS spiaggia libera ben attrezzata, 2a fila ,25 € giorno per 1 ombrellone e due lettini.
