This brand new ground floor house has a bedroom with queen size bed; living/dining area with double sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning unit; fully equipped kitchen for self-catering and bathroom with shower, free toiletries and washing machine. The living area is spacious with plenty of natural light and new modern interior. The house offers beautiful garden and bay view. The bay area is protected as a UNESCO world heritage site. There is a patio area with outdoor furniture perfect for alfresco dining.
Only 50m from the property, you can take a dip in the sapphire blue water of the Adriatic Sea and enjoy the sun at the local pebble beach.
