Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Absolutely beautiful location. House was wonderful. Only issue is that the porch does not appear to be cleaned as often as the rest of the house and one of the screens in the porch is torn, which allows bugs to get in.

I chose this house because it offers proximity to a place I often visited as a child years ago. The lovely beach across the street is now privately owned and access is prohibited. However, this rental house offers access to another beach, which is a short walk behind the house. The beach is rocky & unmaintained, suitable only for walking, and has a set of wooden stairs down to it. The house itself is comfortable and clean; the screened porch is the nicest feature (please fix the screens though). We would definitely stay here again.

We felt like we struck gold with the private beach. This area was so quiet and peaceful. We loved walking the beach, playing in the sand and looking for sea glass and fun rocks. The house is comfortable and clean and the stocked with all the needed amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch. We are already looking to book this property again next year.

Our family enjoyed the clean, updated, and nicely decorated cottage. The screened back porch was a favorite spot to see the beautiful view, have morning coffee and evening meals while listening to the ocean. Thank you for having laundry on-site (including detergent and dryer sheets) along with fresh Primo drinking water! We also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with pots, pans, etc. The lower humidity and temperatures were a bonus! The Seaside Cottage was a quiet and relaxing space for our vacation :)
