This condo is a well maintained, nicely furnished home with a very nicely equipped kitchen. The complex is also well maintained as is the community pool. The location offers easy access to shopping as well as both local beaches and the National Seashore beaches on the northern end of OBX.

We enjoyed the condo. It was very clean with all the amenities. It was close to everything easy access to both roads. We enjoy the sunsets, especially in the sun rises. We would not hesitate to rent this again.

Well kept but needs some updating and tweaking. Dock conveniently located . Quiet and not busy location.

Unfortunately we where with out hot water for over 24 hours which is no idea for beach and pool activity
