Your private pool area (Available Seasonally) is an oasis of fun and relaxation—ideal for sunny days and tranquil evenings under the stars. Just a short walk from our lovely beach house, you can easily go from relaxing poolside to enjoying leisurely strolls along the scenic South Virginia Dare Trail.

If you decide to bring your work with you, there is a bright and sunny loft daybed area with a desk as well!
**Guest must be 21 years old or older to rent this property.**
- No parties/events of any kind
- Guests are limited to the number of guests listed on the reservation
- No smoking of any kind; smoking fees (minimum of $500) will be applied to remediate if necessary
- Unauthorized bring of pets will have a fine of $100 for each pet
- Guests must be at least 21 to book
- Quiet hours after 10pm - please be respectful of our lovely neighbors!
- Please be respectful of our property - we will charge for replacement of damaged items

We had such a great stay! The location was awesome, just a super short walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed and was the perfect place for our girls’ weekend. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and such an easy short walk to the beach! Plenty of room for everyone in the house. Great communication from host. Outdoor shower and pool was an extra bonus.

Clean, beach view with very short walk to the beach, great location within walking distance to the pier and stores if needed, host was available to answer questions as needed, the private pool was perfect for the kids to swim whenever they wanted to go, would definitely return!
