Welcome to the Historic 17th Cottage! Just 15 minutes from downtown SLC, ski resorts, the University of Utah, and SLC Airport. Enjoy skiing, hiking, shopping, and bars within 5-10 minutes. The entire upper floor provides privacy along with a fully dedicated backyard. There is a tenant living in the basement unit, please be aware this is a split home. The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.
The primary bedroom features a plush king bed with luxury soft hotel bedding, smart TV, and spacious closet. Room 2 offers a cozy queen bed with luxurious bedding and a workspace for remote tasks. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made with a queen air mattress.
The bathroom includes a shower/bath combo with plenty of hot water and storage for toiletries.
In the newly designed kitchen, enjoy a stylish space equipped with all essentials, from pots and pans to coffee/tea supplies and wine glasses. A breakfast nook seats 2-3 comfortably.
Relax in the cozy living room with books, entertainment on a Frame TV, and seating for four.
Outside, unwind on the back patio or in the yard, perfect for enjoying outdoor activities or relaxing with a glass of wine (seasonal availability).
Parking is convenient with space for up to 3 cars in the private driveway, plus ample street parking nearby.

The house was clean, well appointed, and well decorated. Everything functioned as it should. Easy check in and the host was very responsive. Great location in Sugarhouse, we were able to walk to dinner and a shop and go with friendly staff.

My husband and I were very disappointed in the misrepresentation of the pictures and this property. The pictures make the property seem very spacious and it is not. The bathroom is extremely small - your knees touch the tub when you are sitting on the toilet. The shower curtain completely fell down while we were there so we had to remedy that. The a/c vent in the room was closed we had to search for that and move furniture out of the way. There was no remote for the kind size room tv so we had to find the one in the queen room to utilize. When searching for said remote it was apparent the rooms have not had a good cleaning as there are dirty socks and a lot of dust under the master bed. Overall, the host was very nice and accommodating but for the price we paid we expected more cleanliness and the property to look the size it is in pictures. We were very disappointed in this rental.
