About this house rental
Because we cater to long term guests. Please use the "Ask Manager a Question" button for your stay and not the "Request to Book" for all reservation inquires.
We have extensive experience working with people that are looking for temporary housing. We are used to working with relocations agencies. If you have had a house fire or flood we have working relationship and can expedite your relocation with ALE as they already have our information on file.
We offer the best long-term rates for a Non-shared space in the SLC area.
Professional house cleaners prepare the Home with everything you might need for your stay and disinfect the house between visitors.
The house has three bedrooms and two FULL baths. Two bedrooms on the second floor with the living room, kitchen, and one of the bathrooms. The walk-out basement has a one bedroom and another bathroom and exits out through the garage. There are four queen beds total.
Washer & Dryer. Two great parks are a 5 min walk. Great for vacationers and traveling professionals. 8 Min drive to Downtown Salt Lake City. Safe and affluent area. Very easy access to the freeway. Close to exit/entry, but still quiet.

There are two entrances to the house. The front door leads up the stairs to the second floor.
The other entrance is through the garage and leads to one bedroom and one bathroom. The two places are connected by stairs.
The driveway holds two cars and the garage holds one car. Off street parking is ample. A large free 24 hour state owned parking lot across the street.
A washer/dryer set is also available for you to use.
The neighborhood
We have a full park with free tennis courts a 3 minute walk up the street.
There is a historic wild growth off leash dog park that is called "Tanner Park" that is a 10 minute walk from the front door. This dog park is one of a kind in the Salt Lake Valley. It has wild growth, mild hiking and dirt trails.
This is a great exclusive part of Salt Lake City called "The Canyon Rim". Homes in this area are very expensive. We have great freeway access, to I-80
It's a really safe area with a lot of joggers and bikers.
Getting around
Not many buses are in the area. With prior arrangement, I may be able to give you a ride when you first get here, to a car rental agency and/or the airport, if I have time.
UBER works great in Salt Lake area average charge from here to downtown is $10-$15
Other things to note
This is a very dog-friendly neighborhood, but please keep your dog, if you bring one, leashed at all times.
Pets? Cats must use a litter box. No Aggressive dogs that have any history of biting or Barking Excessively.

Philip and Hannah were very responsive when needed even though there had been a death in their family close to the time of our rental. Good size rooms and closets. We were there for almost a month and had plenty of room for guests, meals and entertaining. Was very convenient to have washer dryer. Garage was a plus as was fenced yard for dog.
Convenient new breakfast restaurant was going in next door during our stay. Will be great when open.
Close to freeway for trips to Sugar House, downtown and ski trips. Grocery and other shopping close too. Good for families with children and pets.

I can't stop thanking the owners of this wonderful Property for having me stay with my dog at their place. My stay with them has really reduced the shock i had with the small fire issues which got my house. They have been of good help to me and also helped me dealing with my insurance company. The place is well kept and everything you need is available for use. I recommend them.

We loved it here! This beautiful homeaway was perfect for all of our needs. It was supremely quiet and very clean! Close to all of our activities. You will enjoy your stay here! Amazing place! Looks exactly like the pictures, very tastefully done. Highly recommended
