The space was quaint, clean, and comfortable.Most necessities were available; you may need to pack or pick up some essentials as expected.You can hear the renters upstairs. Parking was convenient. Overall, the basement apartment was bright, warm, and cozy.CaryB

The basement apartment was darling and had enough windows it didn't feel like you were in a dark basement. Kitchen is well stocked. Very close to the stadium and easily walkable to the U.
