Located on the upper floor of a house divided into two separately rented properties, this typical 85 m² Erquy apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. Its private entrance is on the ground floor. The central beach is approximately 400 metres away, Boulevard de la Mer is 350 metres away, restaurants are 550 metres away and shops are 750 metres from the property.
The living area combines a dining space for 4 guests with a lounge furnished with a sofa and armchairs. It is an easy place to gather after exploring the coast or spending the day at the beach.
The semi-open kitchen, located on the half landing, includes the useful equipment for preparing meals during the stay: cooker with oven, electric and gas hobs, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.
Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190
- 1 bedroom with double bed 140x190, without shutters
A utility room equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board makes longer stays easier to organise.
A vehicle can be parked in the property's courtyard.
From this location, guests can easily alternate between swimming, walks along Boulevard de la Mer and discovering Cap d’Erquy, approximately 2.5 km away.

Endroit super pour un week end decouverte de la région d Erquy . Calme , pret de la mer et du centre ville ,pas besoin d utiliser la voiture pour découvrir Erquy
Appartement très ben et fonctionnel manque peut etre un grill pain et une passoir pour les pates ou les legumes
Très bien dans l ensemble
