The living and dining area includes a sofa and a dining table for 4 guests. It opens onto a balcony with sea view, suitable for morning coffee or enjoying the coastal light after a day on the beach.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen makes everyday meals easy, from breakfast before the beach to dinner after exploring the coastline.

The shower room includes a shower. The toilet is separate. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with lift access.

Parking in front of the residence makes arrivals, departures and returns from the beach easier.

Erquy offers easy access to Plage du Bourg, walks towards the harbour and the coastal paths around Cap d’Erquy.
