About this house rental
We are available from the end of May to mid-September (sometimes October if weather permits)
Our cottage is located in La Perpille (Pellegrue Gironde, Nouvelle Aquitaine), we offer seasonal rental of the single storey house, renovated in 2022, with swimming pool secured by the fence and electric and heated shutter.
Surface area of the house 110 m2, garden of 5000m2, swimming pool 4x9m, depth of one to 2 meters. The swimming pool is heated by the heating shutter.
Detailed description of the house:
3 bedrooms, living room with a large dining room. American kitchen, fully equipped. Bathroom, 2 separate toilets, shower room adjoining a bedroom.
1st bedroom with a shower cabin: A 160/200 bed + a bedside table, a chair, a cupboard with shelves.
2nd bedroom: 1 140/190cm bed + bedside table, 1 chair, 1 cupboard.
3rd bedroom: 1 90/200cm bunk bed for 2 people + a 160/200 trundle bed, a chest of drawers, a desk with a chair.
Additionally in the entrance a large wardrobe with shelves and a wardrobe.
A bathroom is equipped with a shower, there is a bathtub, and a sink. A washing machine is at your disposal and is installed in the bathroom as well as the ironing board and iron.
The kitchen is open to the living room and is equipped with an induction hob, an oven, there is
a microwave, a dishwasher, an American fridge, a toaster, and a coffee maker.
You will have cutlery and crockery as well as kitchen utensils.
The living room is equipped with a large leather corner sofa, 2 poufs, a coffee table.
The dining room: a table for 8 people, 8 chairs, a large and long buffet and a large television. (TNT)
A tarasse at the entrance to the house with a large table for 8 people and garden furniture, a barbecue.
In the garden there is a ping pong table and trampoline.
End of stay cleaning required or supplement of €120
Deposit 1200€.
Rental of sheets and towels.

Truly the best holiday rental we have used.
I dont believe the photos do this house justice.
I stayed with my husband and our 3 childreen (6, 3 and 9 months).
This house had everything we could need for us and the children.
The fenced in pool with locking gate, the toys for the garden, including the trampoline table tennish swings, slides, pool inflatables. My daughter even found bubbles, Ela and Edward has made it clear that anything that was at the house we could use so didnt feel guilty when our daughter wanted to play with the bubbles.
The house is immaculate, and presented in a way that was very easy for us to also keep clean, with anything we needed to do so.
The communication with Ela and Edwards daughter prior ro our stay and with Ela while we were at the house was great. Although we didnt speak the same language communication was easy and they really were there for anything we needed.
When I accidentally damaged an item at the house, they were very understanding and quick to fix the issue.
I would love to return in the future, and would highly recommended this house to all of our friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming holiday home! The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The large garden was a hit with our children, especially the swing set, which kept them entertained for hours. The highlight, though, was the beautiful, spacious swimming pool—perfect for cooling off during the warm afternoons.
The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They even provided us with great tips on exploring the nearby medieval towns, which were absolutely adorable and full of history.
Overall, this rental is ideal for families looking for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this property for 10 days. The hosts were lovely when meeting us on arrival and the house was set up well for our family.

We have visted france many times. And by far this is our favorite accommodation. The plave was incredible all the amenities we were left coals for thw bbq pasta wine salt pepper herbs etc. Thw place was so clean. And the hosts were the most friemdly people we have ever met they couldnt have fone more for us. An absolute perfect stay bravo ela and edward you really are perfect
