Nature Lover's Paradise - Charming 5 bedroom riverside home, set on 1.5 acres of spacious beautifully landscaped private grounds with direct access to the Dordogne River. This light-filled home offers tranquil views, indoor-outdoor living, and a private heated salt water pool. In Eynesse between Bergerac and Saint-Émilion, 60 mins from Bordeaux. Close to vineyards, golf course, castles, horse back riding and a lively market town (Ste-Foy-la-Grande). Close to restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and local shopping. It’s perfect for couples and families for relaxing countryside escapes.
The house is entirely fenced and has a private electric gate.
The home's ground floor comprises:
An inviting entrance hall (10m²) with a beautiful wooden staircase, a WC (1.65m²).
To the right, a fully equipped kitchen (10.46m²) flows into an L-shaped living room (42.5m²), complete with a wood-burning stove and French doors opening onto the garden – perfect for indoor-outdoor living.
To the left, a hallway (4m²) leads to two comfortable bedrooms (14.70m², 13.23m²), a sitting room to rest or watch TV (11m²) and a shower room (4m²).
Upstairs, you'll find:
A hallway (3.50m²) giving access to three further bedrooms (12m², 15m² and 14.02m²), each with double beds.
There is also a spacious shower room (7.49m²) and a separate WC (1.78m²).
