Two separate bedrooms and a beautiful terrace!
“Welcome” to Borkum! In this modern vacation home with two separate bedrooms and a terrace, you can look forward to a wonderful vacation with the whole family!
Our “Ferienhaus Theilmeier” on Borkum offers 75 m² of living space spread over two floors (first floor and upper floor), accommodating up to five adults and one toddler.
The basement features a separate kitchen equipped with modern appliances such as a ceramic cooktop with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and a Senseo coffee maker, among others.
The spacious living room of this Borkum vacation rental is comfortably furnished with a sofa area. For hours of relaxation, you’ll have access to satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth speaker.
From the living room, you can step out onto the beautiful terrace, which is adjacent to a large lawn (approx. 140 m²) perfect for relaxing and playing. Comfortable patio furniture invites you to linger for hours.
On the upper floor, there are two separate bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. One of the bedrooms also features a crib.
A shower room and a guest restroom with hot and cold water provide convenient facilities.
The Borkum vacation rental is particularly easy to maintain. The lower level is fully tiled; the entire upper level is covered with easy-to-maintain laminate flooring.
Opposite the kitchen, a washing machine is available in a spacious storage room.
For our younger guests, the apartment is equipped with a high chair, a stair gate, and a sandbox.
Extra bed: For a fifth person, the sofa bed in the living room can be made up for an additional fee of €5 per day.

Our “Ferienhaus Theilmeier” is located in a vacation community with 26 semi-detached homes near the “Jakob-van-Dyken-Weg” narrow-gauge train station. It received a “four-star” rating from the tourism association in 2009.
You can reach Borkum’s beautiful South Beach directly after a short walk through the dunes. Shopping, restaurants, and a bike rental shop are all in the immediate vicinity.
The vacation home’s wonderfully spacious lawn (140 m²) and beautiful terrace (26 m²) offer complete relaxation and plenty of room to play. The terrace faces west, allowing you to enjoy the sun and Borkum’s healthy climate from the afternoon into the evening hours.
If you’re traveling by car, you’ll find parking available right at the house.
