Welcome to our cozy “Deichfried Vacation Rental”—perfect for your family vacation on Borkum! With two separate bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a lovely terrace with a garden lounge and sun lounger, this accommodation can accommodate up to five people. A beautiful view of the Borkum Nature Reserve is included in your booking!
Our “Deichfried Vacation Apartment” in the “Under de Dieck Vacation Home” spans 75 m², features a separate entrance, and extends over two levels—the first floor and the basement.
On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with a dining area and a seating area featuring a TV and a Bose SoundLink. Here, you can unwind after a day at the beach or a bike ride.
For convenient self-catering, the separate kitchen is fully equipped, including a 4-burner stove, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave, as well as various small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, and electric kettle).
A well-maintained bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rack, and hair dryer is also located on this floor.
Two separate bedrooms in the basement promise a comfortable night’s sleep and restful nights. They are furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) or a catamaran/bunk bed (lower mattress 140 x 200 cm, upper mattress 90 x 200 cm).
The apartment’s private terrace, complete with a comfortable garden lounge and a sun lounger, is particularly lovely. Here you can enjoy wonderful sunny hours in the crisp North Sea air—ideal for reading your vacation books in peace and relaxing to your heart’s content. Adjacent to the terrace is a fenced-in garden where your children can play unsupervised.

A high chair and a crib are available for our younger guests.
You’re also welcome to bring your pet along on your vacation to Borkum. There’s a dog beach very close to our “Deichfried” vacation rental. Please understand that a maximum of two dogs are allowed.

The house is ideally situated for nature lovers, as the well-known “Greune Stee” forest and nature reserve begins almost right at your doorstep—perfect for long walks and bike rides.

Eine schöne Wohnung etwas abseits vom Trubel, ruhig, schöne Terrasse. Alles da was man so braucht haben uns sehr gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder.
Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Freuen uns schon aufs nächste Jahr.

Wir waren eine Woche in dieser Wohnung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Schöne Aufteilung, Schlafräume im Keller (im Sommer sicher noch angenehmer), neues Bad, gut ausgestattete Küche, Wohn-/Esszimmer schön und bequem. Den eingezäunten Garten konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters nicht so oft nutzen, es gibt jedoch Liegestühle mit Auflagen und eine schöne Sitzecke. Ein Stellplatz befindet sich am Haus. Von der Wohnung bis zum Ortskern geht man ca. 15-20 Minuten. Für uns super, da wir mit Hund da waren und dieser unterwegs alles "erledigen" konnte und in der Stadt dann nicht mehr musste. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt) in 10-15 Minuten Entfernung (zu Fuß).
Vermisst haben wir Mückennetze an den Fenstern und der Terrassentür, im Schlafzimmer waren welche, was auch gut war.
In dieser einen Woche haben wir uns super erholt. Es war sehr ruhig, wir waren viel draußen. Einfach toll! Sollten wir Borkum nochmal auswählen, würden wir sicherlich diese Wohnung anfragen.
