The flat is very nice and comfortable.
Big kitchen, two bathrooms and clean.
It is also very fresh. This is unexpected bonus as you sleep well even when outside is very hot.
The flat is at -1 floor, means that there is not much daylight coming from outside and can become dark very soon.
