Our host was very helpful, waiting for us even our plain was late in the night and guide us, the apartament was exceptionally clean, a large and comfortable place with a careful design, 2 big terraces appropriately oriented for morning and afternoon, the air conditioning was working very well and is important when outdoor is almost 40 degrees C, the apartment is at 5 minutes walk from the main beach in Santa Maria Navarrese.
It is difficult to park on the street but we have the opportunity to park in the court yard where the apartment offers a free of charge place.

Lovely and clean, well equipped, quiet location. Very pleasant and welcoming owner.
A plumbing problem occurred in an adjacent apartment so we had to move to a different location. The owner however made every effort to make up for this😀👍

Alfredo is the most caring host you can imagine. We got a welcome gift (a bottle of wine) and a good-bye gift (ceramic), and as we had a breakdown of the air-condition, he proactively offered a price-reduction of 50%. Since he could repair it on the next day, we did not accept this offer in full length!
