About this villa rental
Single villa with 700 m2 of garden, fenced with remote controlled entrance door for cars. The garden has important tree species and flowers, at night it is suggestively illuminated. Outside there is a large gazebo, 4 x 4 meters, and a large barbecue, about 2.50 ml, under the gazebo there is a table in Sardinian granite, in this area you can access directly from the kitchen with a large and practical balcony covered by wooden roof, 2012 huge terrace with sea view (200 meters) and another gazebo and lounge. Inside there are two bedrooms, one with a direct bathroom, and a bedroom, and another bathroom that also serves any guests, American kitchen with sliding glass door decorated by the master painter Mario Aubry known exhibitor at the Palazzo dei Ferrara diamonds; living room furnished with modern style and high quality furniture, with sitting area with large color TV. Fully air conditioned with two inverter air conditioners.

The new room will be furnished in Sardinian style, with two separate beds, which are added to the two bunk beds already present.

We had a marvellous three weeks in Santa Maria Navarrese. Claudio's house is very well situated; beaches are near, restaurants and bars are also close by. The house is comfortable with its two spacy bathrooms.
Now, to the things that can/should be improved and here we know Claudio is not a convinced learner as we read in other reviews of his house and his camping site:
- The place was not really clean on reception, bedlinen could be of better quality (cotton instead of 100% polyester).The master bedroom had an unpleasant smell duting the first few days.
So, really easy for Claudio to obtain the full five stars with some tiny effort.
