Villa Teresa Apartments

Great house with very good location. 10 minutes by car from most beaches in the area. The garden, the privacy, the layout of the house - all perfect and giving you independence. The house comes with dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning. It was cool in the evening despite the very hot days and the air conditioning being only turned on in the morning and kept to the minimum on silent mode at night. The type of house that you could also just rent to stay in and chill. We somehow regret that we didn’t stay more at home because we had to go to the beach. We rented the two bedroom one. Although it is part of a bigger house with two other villas - you do not see or hear the other guests as each of the villas comes with its own entrance and dedicated parking spot. It is also well isolated from the main road, you can see the sky full of stars at night and hear the village’s church bells.

The shower in the bathroom was extremely small - the smallest we have seen in entire Italy (and we have visited quite a big part of it). It was probably 0,5 square meters. You literally can not turn without hitting your elbows. And we are not big people. Also, the extraction hood (and kitchen overall) was quite dated. The lights of the hood stopped working towards the end of our stay. We managed during the two weeks stay, as we didn’t cook there every day, but the kitchen misses some countertop space and it would need some modernization.

Ambiente accogliente, curato e si vede che è stato costruito con amore. Attenzione ai dettagli, cura anche nelle piccole cose. Proprietari disponibili e super gentili. Struttura bellissima, super consigliata!!

Lokacija je bila izjemna. V okolici je bilo vse dostopno. Notranjost je bila prečudovita. Z vintage predmeti in prelepimi poslikavami nama je prostor dal občutek topline. Terasa je bila čudovita in prijetna za sprostitev. Psička sta bila tako prisrčna. Ko bova naslednjič na Sardiniji se bova definitivno vrnila.
