De locatie en het uitzicht zijn uniek en werkelijk fenomenaal.
Alles is extreem gedateerd. Keuken, badkamer, kozijnen: allemaal meer dan 30 jaar oud en gewoon aan vervanging toe. Verder zijn er dus geen bedden maar slaap je op matjes. Heel Japans en best goed te doen, maar wel goed om te weten.
