Sarpi - luxurious penthouse in the heart of Milan

The flat exceeds expectations. It is better than what you see in the pictures. Cozy, furnished with taste and everything is brand new (2026). The utensils in the kitchen are abundant and useful and everything is proper and in great condition. The building is modern but maintaining the look of the era. Great functional elevator. Be aware that you are in the center of Milan's chinatown. On one side you have access to a lot of restaurants and bars, on the other side you must love asian cuisine and culture and a little bit of crowd.

the entry is on the walking street. If you arrive by taxi you will have to do only few meters to get to the entry, but if you drive your own car, there is no way to stop nearby and unload your luggages. You will have to park in the public parking lot(approximately 500 m away) and walk there, or pay the hefty fine for driving in a restricted road. People who lives there have access to the road. Maybe the owner should consider a pre registration of the car license plate for guests (it happened to me many times in other cities). One note, no water in the fridge. Usually there is always at least a couple of bottles.

Everything - I liked and enjoyed everything staying there. Place where I will return. I have tried many places but this one is outstanding. 10/10! Highly recommended! You will not gonna regret.

This apartment was absolutely stunning! It's clear the host has taken great care of it, as everything felt brand new and meticulously clean. The apartment is a smart home, featuring modern appliances throughout, which made our stay incredibly convenient. Everything we needed was provided; the apartment is fully equipped with high-quality amenities. The location is a major highlight! We were spoiled for choice with the huge variety of delicious Chinese restaurants right nearby—a true foodie paradise! Even better, the neighborhood is very lively and active in the evenings, but it never felt unsafe. We enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and felt perfectly secure walking around at night.

Just a friendly warning for anyone over (e.g., 6'0" or 183cm): please watch your head! Since this is an attic-style apartment, the roof slopes down significantly at the edges. I had to duck frequently near the walls and in certain spots. While this wasn't a dealbreaker for me, it's something tall guests should be aware of to avoid a nasty bump!

Asunto oli moderni ja erittäin laadukas hintaansa nähden. Asunto tuntui turvalliselta ja on tämän vuoksi ideaalinen majoituspaikka.

Osa astioista oli likaisia ja huoneistossa ei ollut astianpesuainetabletteja eikä pesuainetta. Huoneistossa ei ollut samanlaisia hienoja laseja. Pyyhkeitä olisi voinut olla enemmän. Ja espressokoneeseen olisi voinut olla enemmän kapseleita.
