Logement très bien situé, au centre de Ligugé et très agréable. Très bon accueil. Chambres à l'étage confortables, avec ventilation appréciable en temps de canicule. Espace salon / salle à manger et coin cuisine fonctionnels. Place pour se garer devant la maison. Boulangerie toute proche...

La maison est humique et dégage des odeurs assez fortes, en lien avec cette humidité imprégnée dans les murs, d'un point de vue santé, c'est très limite. La maison a deux chambres et j'étais installée dans celle qui avait une literie en fin de vie alors que l'autre avait une literie récente ...
