Our experience was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately the actions of the reception staff completely ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable holiday. We were initially given misleading information regarding the availability and use of the internal pools. However, the most serious issue occurred after we declined an optional catamaran excursion due to health issues. Only four minutes after our conversation with reception, and while we were still in the middle of our four-day stay, our accommodation was cancelled through Booking.com. The reason given was that we had supposedly “never checked in.” This was completely untrue. We had already checked in and were staying at the property, and we provided Booking.com with photographs and videos as clear evidence of our presence. Despite this evidence, misleading information was apparently provided to Booking.com, resulting in a very stressful situation. We were even told that we could be charged an additional £660 and were threatened with police and border authorities. We then had to spend considerable amounts of money calling Booking.com repeatedly over the following days to explain the situation and provide evidence that we were genuinely staying at the property. It was extremely upsetting to be treated this way, particularly when the issue arose immediately after we declined an optional activity because of health reasons. We should never have been placed in a situation where we had to repeatedly prove that we were actually staying at accommodation we had already checked into. The villa itself was very nice, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the behaviour and handling of the situation by the reception staff completely overshadowed the positive aspects of the property. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Very clean and beautiful apartment. Location is nice but there is no parking space.

We arrived late at midnight and to my surprise my booking was cancelled by the host even though I provided my arrival time in advance. But got sorted out when we reached the place. Wifi is slow in one of the bedrooms.
