About this villa rental
Nautilus is a 3 bedroom Residence situated at Firostefani village , just a step away from fabulous restaurants, shops and just 10 minutes walk from Fira. It offers 3 bedrooms, outdoors Jacuzzi, sunbathing terraces, panoramic views of the sea and the volcano and beautiful sunsets. From the main door you enter to the main courtyard with outdoors sitting- dinning area with amazing views. Stairs lead up to the two upper floor roof top terraces with sun beds for sunbathing and outdoors Jacuzzi with beautiful sea views.
The name Nautilus comes from the shell collection and decoration that is dominant inside the living area. The house has typical Santorini architecture with vaulted ceilings and curves, combined with elegant furnishing, antique and art objects without compromising in up to date comfort sand facilities.
The house features 3 bedrooms, one master bedroom with queen size bed, separate entrance and en suite bathroom with small tub and two other bedrooms with double beds that share one full bathroom with shower cabin.
The house has a comfortable living area, the shell decoration and a big boat are dominant in this room and creates a special , nostalgic and artistic atmosphere.
There is also a separate dining room with a wooden table and furnishings suitable to sit 10 persons and a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the dining room.

This is an absolutely wonderful property! The layout is perfect for a family, or several couples, to each have some privacy, while also providing beautiful common spaces in the dining room, kitchen and living area. The jacuzzi was great, although we never heated the water. It was more enjoyable as a cool, refreshing break from the summer heat. This was our 6th trip to Santorini. We have always stayed in Imerovigle, so we were unsure at first about a place in Firostefani, given that it is closer to Fira and all the crowds. We were pleasantly surprised and found the area around the apartment to be quiet and peaceful. The view is fantastic, and we spent most of our free time on one of the 3 patios.

The 3 bedroom villa was exactly as described. Perfect views, easy walk to a number of restaurants. Communication with Jackie was excellent. She organized an amazing Catamaran cruise for us as well.

This apartment was a great pick. Not only a very roomy apartment with spectacular views but great hosts (Jackie the property manager and Nikos the driver). I was in good communications prior to arriving and Nikos was there to pick us up and take us to the apartment. The apartment would be a bit challenging if I had to find on my own (as on the cliff in Firostefani) but the key is Jackie/Nikos there to take care of everything, including having someone porter our luggage down/up the cliff. I also hired Nikos to take us to sunset lookout area in Oia, noted as the site of the most beautiful sunset in the world. He then waited and took us back. That said, the next day we witnessed the sunset steps down from our apartment and I would say it was equally as spectacular (sunset over mountain) but the best part was zero people around us. We travelled to Greece during Toronto school March break and it was the best decision as only a fraction of tourists are in Santorini (or Athens) with the vast majority of the apartments in Firostefani not even yet opened. So that was one reason no one was around us when we took the most amazing sunset photos in Firostefani. Even in Oia there were like 50 people and had to jostle (only just a little) to take a photos of us that were "not polluted" by other people within the photo shot. So I highly recommend coming in March and avoid crowds and weather still very comfortable (about 17C). About 15 mins to walk to Fira with great restaurants.
