AV Sea View 4BDR Villa-Pool & Jacuzzi- Breakfast included, Concierge, Daily Maid

The villa was beautiful and our family group of seven was well-accommodated. Eugenia was the perfect host, helping us with excellent restaurant recommendations and reservations, etc., and was always available by WhatsApp. Argie prepared delicious (and bountiful) breakfasts daily and Dora kept everything spotless. This was a real treat and will be a cherished family memory.

It was an amazing stay. The home is beyond what you can imagine. Our host Eugenia was fantastic!! Very much recommended having the Chef prepare a meal at the home- the Greek BBQ was our favorite meal on the island. It is a reasonable walk into Fira( 15-20minutes) and all very safe. Thank you for an amazing vacation!!

Our family of 9 had an incredible stay that offered all the comforts of home. The layout is perfect for large groups , featuring an outdoor seating area .Having a private pool and a hot tub an added bonus . Since we visited during the off season , the air was a bit cool but the hospitality more than made up for it .What really set this experience apart was the service . Our host , Eugenia , was absolutely amazing - incredibly responsive and helpful with local recommendations for quality restaurants during the quieter months . She ensured our stay was one of a kind .Eugenia and Dora both went above and beyond to give us peace of mind and make our vacation extra special. Dora prepared a delicious , authentic breakfast every morning , which saved us so much time and money while keeping the property tidy .The location is on the outskirts of town , about a 20 minute walk via a convenient sidewalk . Made for quiet evenings where no road noise could be heard . Grocery store just a two 2 minute walk away, as well as a brand new restaurant nearby that I highly recommend .We found that renting ATVs to explore the island was an added bonus and a great way to get around . We highly recommend this property for any family looking for a stress free getaway . Hope to return again soon !!

House and pool were nice and generally as represented. It was clean and had good air conditioning. Property manager assisted with getting transportation which was necessary due to location and any cars arranged were triple what the local cabs cost. Location was just not good--on the highway so lots of highway noise, an aggressive dog that cornered my family every time we walked in or out and looked to need its shots, no view/certainly not as represented, too far from Fira and beaches. If you do not have a car, this is not the place for you. Walking is on the highway and dangerous. The housekeeper (who was really nice btw) was not so much an added plus but required because the septic system has issues. Bathrooms were substandard and smell emanating from the shower periodically made us concerned about water contamination. And the septic is right next to the pool and smelled pretty bad. Additional fees were also requested. It was adequate but we wouldn't recommend it unless you have a car, bring lots of bottled water and don't want the Santorini views.
