Приємні в спілкуванні, добрі й вічливі власники будинку. Прийняли нас з речами раніше за "годину поселення". Тихий та затишний район розміщення. Повний квітів та зелені балкон з канапами та столиком для неспішних сніданків, чи кави. На спільній кухні є все, щоб приготувати самостійно обіди. У спільній душовій є фен, мило, гель, папір, рушник. В кімнаті є винтилятор, телевізор, холодильник, рушники.
Не сподівалася з опису, що так далеко від центру міста і пляжу. Також не володіла інформацією, що будемо до кімнати йти три поверхи по вузьким сходам, а до кухні і туалету, один поверх вертатися до низу. Є недоліки такі, як шафа для одягу загороджена вазоном з пальмою, та не зручне розміщення, засмічена зсередини. Дверна ручка в кімнату не трималася на гвинтах, весь час випадала з дверей (не була полагоджена). Постільна білизна та кілька рушників, з синтетичної тканини, що не вбирає вологу. Відпочивати на ліжку парко, і матрац дуже м'який та високий, по краям провалюється. Кран з холодною водою на кухні, при максимальному закручені, тече тонкою струйкою, але якщо уважно слідкувати, і не до кінця закрутити, то можна уникнути марного витікання води.

Free bicycles to use (in good shape, one gear only). We enjoyed riding around with them! Shared bathroom and kitchen met my expectations.
The so called "deluxe double room" is a small room (maybe 10-12m2) with a tv set and two sofa beds. The sofa beds weren't even unfolded and ready with sheets when we arrived and they were quite small, hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.
The location is quite far off from everything: it's not in Swinoujscie, Usedom island but in Warszow. If you arrive by train at Swinoujscie Centrum station, it's a 20min walk to the ferry, 5min ferry ride (for free for pedestrians/bikes) and another 20min walk.
The host knocked at our room in the morning to collect the tourist tax. We experienced this as a bit intrusive.
You can get a much more comfortable, central place for the same price.
