We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were extremely happy with everything.
The location is fantastic — very close to the train station and bus station, which made it very easy for us to travel to Venice and around Mestre. There is also a Spar supermarket nearby, which was very convenient, with great prices and everything we needed.
The room was absolutely spotless. The bed linen and towels were perfectly clean, and the shower and bathroom were immaculate. Everything was very well maintained and at a high standard.
A special thank you to Rahat, who provided excellent service throughout our stay. He was extremely kind, attentive, polite and helpful. He helped us with everything we needed, gave us useful advice and always made sure we were comfortable. His friendly and caring attitude really made a difference.
We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and location to the service and hospitality. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

The staff were friendly, and he kindly briefed us about the room and Wi-Fi upon arrival.
However, the cleanliness could have been better. The cabinet and hangers were quite dusty, and the toilet and shower were not as clean as we expected. A little more attention to cleaning and maintenance would have made the stay more comfortable. We also had difficulty finding the location, so detailed directions would have been appreciated.

Very close transport to Venice centre. We had no problems contacting staff.
Not very clean (matresses and cabinets). A slightly shady location.
