Great apartment - would have liked to stay for longer!

Great location and comfy, clean and well equipped apartment.

We couldn't use the nearest underground car park because of our roof box so had to find on street parking nearby.

Lovely apartment, great location.

Great location very close to the old town, with parking within a couple of minutes walk. In a beautiful old building, the apartment is very thoughtfully decorated, equipped with everything you need, and very clean.

Great place to stay in Le Mans with great AC and family friendly. Parking isn't the best.

The air-conditioning, it was a must at 39C. The location was great although difficult if you are parking as its quite a long walk from even the nearest. The Apartment was perfectly kitted out and had everything you could require for a few days. The Baby equipment was all pretty new and perfect for our nearly 2 year old, even with a little play area set up.

Lovely apartment, ideally located for a stay in Le Mans

The apartment was exceptionally well presented and had a perfect configuration for our family to enjoy our stay. All rooms were tastefully decorated and equipped with all that we needed. The nightly rate was brilliant value.

Wonderful spacious apartment; safe and quiet neighborhood

It was a nice, safe location, and a comfortable place to rest after a long road trip. I liked the sleek modern design, and the size of the apartment was very comfortable for my family of four. Just 2 doors down was a lovely little cafe/bakery/deli where we could buy coffee, tea, and food for the road as we continued our trip. My daughter is a fan of F1 racing, and the apartment is very close to Motor Museum of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, about a 10-minute drive. We had booked the place several months in advance, and whenever I had questions about the apartment, he was very responsive. We had a door code to get into the outer door, and then the key to the apartment itself was left in a key box. Easy enough to get in. When we checked out, we happened to meet one of the hosts, Jimmy, who was very cordial and polite.

The building itself is located on a street that only cable cars can drive, so we were not able to pull up in front of the building with our rental car to unload our luggage. In addition, we had a little trouble finding the place, but once we got there, we found safe street parking just a block away, per the host's suggestion.

Overnight stay with family enroute home

Perfectly located property in the heart of the city. Lots of restaurants and bars close by and the Plantagenet city is amazingly lovely and well worth lots of exploring time. The apartment is up a long flight of narrow wooden stairs so don’t bring big bulky luggage. Parking is available in an underground garage only a 100 metres away and is really cheap from 7pm to 7am.

Not possible to unload the car outside the property, our car had a roof box so we couldn’t use the underground parking and we had to park a little further away.

Very good, great place to locate to see Le Mans.

Apartment very modern, clean and well equipped. Superb condition, great AC system.

On site parking would have been nice, but underground parking around the corner was okay. Only 7 Euro for the night secure parking. Quite a lot of stairs to climb, no problem for us, but could be a problem if someone has an injury or disablement.

La posizione è buona e comoda per visitare la città medioevale plantageneta, l'appartamento è ben fornito, spazioso, comodo per una famiglia con tre bambini come la nostra.

Il quartiere non è molto sicuro, specialmente la sera, consiglio il parcheggio nel silos a pagamento. La scala in legno per salire al secondo piano è davvero stretta, portare tante valigie non proprio comodo.

la pièce principale , la salle de bains et la chambre attenante.climatisation indispensable car appartement sous les toits

nous avons reçu le sms pour les indications d'entrée a l'appartement 45 mn après notre arrivée soit 19H45 . la deuxième chambre sous les toits n'est pas du tout confortable: tout d'abord des escaliers très étroits et glissants sans rampe complète de sécurité... un lit plaçé sous la climatisation, il faut se mettre à quatre pattes pour accéder aux prises, mon mari s'est cogné la tête en se levant ! chambre a réserver aux enfants et encore car montée et descente dangereuse.Les deux étages pour monter à l'appartement sont raides et non adaptées a des personnes âgées avec bagages.

Le logement est à un emplacement central avec un parking tout proche que j'ai payé 18€ pour 24h. L'appartement est parfait pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, très propre et bien agencé. Je recommande !

Idéalement situé et très cosy

Le logement était impeccable, très propre, joliment décoré et cosy. Très bien situé, près d'un arrêt de tram et à deux pas de quelques restaurants. De passage pour une seul nuit, c'était parfait pour nous.

J'ai trouvé la literie de la chambre à l'étage de moyenne qualité et trop ferme, mais pour une nuit cela a convenu tout de même.

Superbe séjour..je vous recommande vivement

L'espace de vie est confortable, décoré avec goût. Les couchages sont confortables. Le bien est très propre avec du linge de lit et des serviettes très appréciés lors d'un court séjour. Les échanges ont été d'une bienveillance exemplaire. La situation du bien est idéale. Juste en face d'une arrêt tram.
