Мы оказались внутри прекрасного сада: каждое утро завтракали среди пальм и цветов, наслаждаясь природой. В двух минутах пешком открывается необыкновенный вид на пляжи Сан-Франческо. Чистота, свежая постель, своя кухня, много пространства — настоящая мини-вилла! Мы были с сыном и остались очень довольны. Хозяева рассказали о местных особенностях, помогли арендовать скутер и дали отличные советы для путешествий по острову. На протяжении всего отдыха мы чувствовали себя особенными гостями. Интернет отличный!
Ci siamo ritrovati in un bellissimo giardino: ogni mattina facevamo colazione circondati da palme e fiori, godendoci la natura. A soli due minuti a piedi si apre una vista straordinaria sulle spiagge di San Francesco. Pulizia impeccabile, biancheria fresca, cucina privata, tanto spazio — una vera mini-villa! Siamo stati con nostro figlio e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. I proprietari ci hanno raccontato particolarità locali, ci hanno aiutato a noleggiare uno scooter e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli per organizzare le escursioni sull’isola. Dall’inizio alla fine ci siamo sentiti ospiti speciali. Internet perfetto!
Wir befanden uns in einem wunderschönen Garten: Jeden Morgen frühstückten wir umgeben von Palmen und Blumen und genossen die Natur. Nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt eröffnet sich ein außergewöhnlicher Blick auf die Strände von San Francesco. Alles war sauber, frische Bettwäsche, eigene Küche, viel Platz — eine kleine Villa für sich! Wir waren mit unserem Sohn dort und sehr zufrieden. Die Gastgeber erklärten uns lokale Besonderheiten, halfen beim Mieten eines Rollers und gaben wertvolle Tipps für unsere Ausflüge auf der Insel. Von Anfang bis Ende fühlten wir uns wie besondere Gäste. Internet ausgezeichnet!
Единственное, что нам не понравилось — это то, что наш отпуск закончился слишком быстро!

Casa molto bella, sia interno che esterno. Immersa nella natura. Anche nei mesi più caldi è comunque molto ventilata. Appartamento spazioso. Giardino molto bello e ben curato.
Tutto come da descrizione, però essendo in una posizione collinare è consigliato avere un mezzo per spostarsi dalla casa. A piedi è faticoso.

We/I had booked 2 apartments. My daughter did not like hers [2 bedroom apartment] and moved out citing lack of A/C in the bedrooms and beds being too small. I have not included that aspect in my scoring, but instead done it solely on the basis of my first hand experience of the studio apartment with sea views which I really liked. The apartment itself was fine but nothing special, but the location was everything, with the views from the room itself and the nice little balcony being spectacular. Great spot to soak in the view while enjoying a glass of wine. Beach very close by but steeply downhill - and uphill coming back!
Nothing really - although a kettle would have been nice. No great hardship to boil a pot to make a cup of coffee but ...

The hosts were very attentive and responsive, always ready to help. Communication was easy, as the hostess speaks fluent Ukrainian in addition to Italian. The location offers cleaner air and a peaceful green environment.
The room was not at the address listed on Booking.com (that address belongs to the hosts’ office). The bedroom had no window, so ventilation was only possible through the living room. There was an initial issue with hot water, quickly resolved, but the shower head likely needs cleaning or replacement due to very weak water flow. The property is located on a hill, which can be physically challenging to reach without a car or scooter, especially with groceries- not ideal for elderly guests or those with small children. During our stay, there were many mosquitoes, and based on the bite patterns and a doctor’s preliminary observation, we suspect bedbugs in addition to mosquitoes. The room did not have tea-making facilities initially (no kettle or cups), but these were provided upon request.
