El alojamiento es muy familiar, con habitaciones muy cómodas, baño privado,con bidet y ducha increíble el A/A super silencioso. Súper limpias todas las instalaciones Servicio de todo tipo de cafés y agua caliente. Platos, tazas. Heladera, cocina. Condimentos para cocinar gratis. Wi Fi velocísima. Hay lavarropas y tendederos. Terraza. Y como plus un restaurante excelente al lado. Mario ha sido un gran anfitrión. Está frente al puerto desde donde parten las excursiones, por ej. a la Costa de Baunei o Golfo de Orosei. Importante: puede llegarse en transporte público. Y se camina solo 2 cuadras. Supermercado, farmacia. Todo cerca. Balnearios con servicio de playa de precio bajo. No hay viento.

Localização excelente para quem vai fazer um passeio de barco. O proprietário é muito simpático e prestável. Boas instalações, limpas e uma bela varanda com vista mar.
