Great location a few minutes from beach and port, near shops for supplies with lots of places to eat in the town. Nice to have shared fridges and community tea and kettle, plus umbrellas and sun shades for use - nice touch. Really very good breakfast and kind enough to give us a takeaway for our early start to the airport.

The room was big and nice, the bed was comfortable, each room has its own mini fridge in the hallway which is great, breakfast was great, location is 4 min walk to the local beach and few min walk to center, lots of food choices around. Free parking is easy to find on the street or there is also a public parking few min walk away. It’s self check in and instructions were sent before our arrival to me on whatsup and were very clear. The room is cleaned every day.
The towels can be changed for free only every 3 days, which was a bit odd, but I guess it’s common approach in Sardinia b&bs

The breakfast was ok, mostly sweet breakfast. Close to the stone beach.
The room for 3 person was small. The terrible noise from the street during the day and night. The room was without balcony. Unfortunately we could not find a pilot for air condition either the air condition machine so the night was very hot :( There were small candles but there were no lighters available.
