Loved the location and how convenient it was. We were on the top floor and we still found it better than staying in those apartments up on the stairs of the old town. The location of Lincun is VERY privileged; access to the beach, a 2 minute walk to the old town gate, 1 minute walk to where all tours usually start, 1 minute walk to a great bakery for breakfast, a supermarket for groceries and a restaurant a 20 second walk with idyllic views and end of the day drinks.
Views of the wall was a lovely surprise!
They were nice enough to allow us a late check out and we were able to enjoy our last day there.

It was very clean and modern. Location was excellent and easy to get into old town and a little cove for swimming.
No outdoor space and we had 1 small and 1 large towel each over the 4 days stay.

Clean, updated, and modern apartment right next to Old Town. Nestled next to a beautiful bay, it's just a 2 minute walk to Pile Gate in a safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed our late night strolls back from Old Town. Communication via WhatsApp with the property contact was prompt. It does have a few gradual steps to access the apartment building, and a few more to get to the room once inside, but nothing too difficult. We loved our stay and would definitely book this apartment again for our next visit to Dubrovnik!
