Munroe Apartment

Very cute, very clean and exactly as promised. Also in a great location with choices of Cafés right out the door. A short walk to like gate and everything at your fingertips.

Nothing.

The location is definitely the selling point of this apartment. It’s right next to the sea, a 2 minute walk from a beautiful cove for swimming and a 3/4 minute walk from the Pile Gate entry into Old Town. Danka answered emails quickly and was beyond helpful, thank you! The apartment itself is well laid out and includes bath towels, basic toiletries for the shower and ample bedding. The aircon was a massive bonus in the 30°C heat and very welcome at the end of the day! The photos show the apartment’s location, the small marina by the apartment and the cove looking back towards land.

Only a small thing but a thicker curtain in the bedroom with the terrace would have been great so the sun doesn’t wake you.

No dishwasher, had warm water issue in the early morning for a day.

location was fantastic. had an iron, dishwasher, washing machine etc.

arrival/welcome not good. having to pay in cash (the site says this in the fine print when you book but not once you’ve booked, so if you are going to lots of places and/or booked ages ago you forget). only one wine glass provided. wifi code provided on wall is wrong. taxes were extra though site says included. not especially comfortable.
