excellent location, nice little apartment
difficult unlocking/locking by a bar lock - I was having troubles to turn the key and to open the door.

The flat is in absolute perfect location, as described and very well maintained. Bed for one person was more than confortable. All equipment (I have not checked washing machine though ) was in perfect order and enough kitchen things for single person (love the glasses for wine!). The location is perfect for both Paris around (metros stations are just stone throu away) and for living - shops and restaurants - it is great area to feel Paris. It was overall very nice and pleasant stay - just good for single traveler (as the flat is indeed very small!).
I think the most things which set me under stress was communication of the owner - it was very little from owner side - it was not clear to the last point when and how I can get the key if overall I am fine to check in, it was even misleading as the owner decline my check in time and I had to ask the Booking com service for support - spoiler - all went well, the stress was for nothing. At the end, the instructions, I got them on the way to Paris only - were all very clear and very easy to follow - yet the owner could inform in advance that you get the key details and check in info on the arrival day - it would help me a lot to avoid stressing (I did check in myself - no issues - all easy).
Two points - not really negative but to make sure you know it
If you are a tea junkey as I am - there is no kettle in the flat (just coffe pots thing) - so basicly no tea! The rest all fine and well runing
The flat is indeed small - i.e. if you have two suitcases - you would need to think over how you come over (it is with tiny elevator in the building) and where to place them in the flat. Yet the bed is big and takes the whole space:)

Host don't answer in 2 -3 week.( When we have to check -in , we still didn't get a code)
Door key is too hard to open.
