The property was very nice and very clean and in a nice neighborhood. There was ample parking for four vehicles in the driveway and on the street in front of the house. There were a couple of small outdoor seating areas, one with a grill.It was easy to get to and easy to get to the downtown area and OU stadium.

Check-in was easy, with great communication from the owner. House was clean, and serenely peaceful. Given that those staying there were competing in the USA Track and Field Championships, this beautiful environment was super important!! Wonderful neighborhood. Thanks for letting us stay!

We are a group of rowers from California who stayed here during the Northwest Regional regatta at Dexter Lake. Location is perfect; easy access to main highways and lots of grocery options. We especially appreciated the gas fireplace for the two cold and rainy evenings!

The home was very comfortable & clean. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us staying in the house without feeling crowded, even when most of us were in the kitchen at times. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood that feels very safe. The owner/manager of the home got back to us right away when we needed something, and she was very nice. I would love to rent this house again in the future.

We had a generational girls trip: my grandmother, aunt, mother, sister and her 4yr old daughter and my 10 ye old daughter to stay at this house. Plenty of room and toys/games provided! We did not leave the house much and we enjoyed ourselves. The house is in need of an update of kitchen supplies if you are planning on staying and cooking often. However, the host was extremely responsive abs helpful. Overall great house!

Loved everything about the house. We felt like for the price we paid, and the fact we only stayed 3 days, more basic products should have been available. Within our time frame we had to buy paper towels, garbage bags and toilet paper. We have t stayed anywhere that had so little for a 3 day stay.

We had 3 generations in this house for the holidays and had a great time! The neighborhood is extremely safe, the house was very clean and the layout worked out great for us. A few of my old teammates came in for the Pre-Classic Diamond League Final. The meet was great and the house completed the experience. It was very spacious, well kept and in a great location. We were very close to a scenic running trail which was also meaningful for us. We even had a surprise with the Oregon Ducks football game that Saturday evening and feeling the energy of the city the entire time we were there.

This house was a perfect spot for our visiting family as a base camp. The house head easy access to most of Eugene on bikes, walking and by car there were games and activities in the house for kitchen and lots of beds. We had a blast! The host was accommodating, friendly and understanding

We were in town for a wedding. Bardell house has plenty of room for 8 adults and then some. The location was centrally located making it easy to get around. The neighborhood is beautiful with a park/playground around the corner. Julia responded quickly. We had an issue with a toilet and she had a maintenance person immediately. I highly recommend this house for large groups.

This home was perfect for 5 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. There is room for more, it will sleep 10. The home is in a quiet upscale neighborhood of Eugene. The beds were great, everything was there from kitchen utensils to childrens toys and even a high chair. It was a great place to rest as well as visit with local family.

I took 9 kids to state track at Hayward field. This was the best experience for us. We were able to cook breakfast, pack lunches and make dinners while staying here. The Bardell House was a perfect location to get to Autzen for 5 Adults(1 college kid) 2 teenagers, and 2 kids . We had a nice surprise with the garage set up for all of us to tailgate without really tailgating. Half of the family members were Ducks fans and the other were Huskies fans. We had a great time. The house was a perfect setting. Thank you so much Julia.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Bardell house. Julia was very accommodating to our request for an additional night and responded quickly to any questions we had. The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay. The fireplace was cozy with plenty of places to relax and the welcome basket was a nice surprise! We especially liked the comfortable beds. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Eugene area don’t hesitate to stay at the Bardell house! 5 stars!

The house was perfect! Everything was so comfortable, from the beds to the jacuzzi tub in the master. It only took us a few minutes to walk to the ducks game, and 25 minutes to campus. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and was the perfect meeting point for the Ducks game. We only ended up with four people but there's plenty of room for at least 10 without stepping on each other's toes. Can't wait to come up again. Thank you Julia!

We were attending a memorial for a family member and had family of all ages attending. Julia was on top of all the different needs we had and made this stay so much easier. We will definitely come back!
