Location…did not have to use the elevators which are notoriously slow.

The furniture in the living room was unacceptable. The 2 recliners were torn and unsightly and uncomfortable because of the tears in the material. I think the owner should remove them immediately. Two of the balcony chairs were so unstable we choose not to sit in them . The shower head in one of the bedrooms was so out of wack it was difficult to use as a shower. The same bathroom had a very slow draining sink. This is a maintenance issue. The hair needs to be cleaned from the drain insert after each guest leaves. Easy solution but is not being done.

The location was great. I liked there was 3 pools.

The black recliners were peeling which didn't look appealing. The kitchen table was peeling

The room was magnificent, spotlessly clean, comfortable, beds for everyone, spacious for all of us, everything in the room worked perfectly.

As much as we loved the room, the location and the beach. Sadly we will look for another place to stay next trip. This was my 6th or 7th stay at the Tidewater resort and every room exceptional but the same problem for the the last 6 or 7 years. Elevators!!! Luckily, we were on the 3rd floor and was able to use the stairs. I’m too old to be carrying luggage and beach gear up and down stairs. Seems like they only keep 2 or 3 elevator’s working for all the condo’s at this resort. Even both parking garage elevators quit working for a while, and one of those never worked. Imagine being up to the top floor, 29, 30 floors?, and waiting 30 to 45 minutes on an elevator that you could squeeze in to. Ridiculous!! Check the other reviews, same thing with the elevators for everyone.

There really isn’t much to like when the bad out weighs the good

The elevators are absolutely terrible security is a joke the staff just about pushed my pregnant daughter down the stairs the restaurant is over priced the pool rules are a joke no one follows them and no body applies them if I could have gotten a refund I would have
