La maison se situe à vingt minutes du tumulte de Taormina et cinq minutes du joli village de Castelmola. La vue sur l'Etna est fabuleuse. Nous avions rendez-vous dans Taormina avec Francesco, nous l'avons suivi jusqu'à la maison où nous avons été accueillis par Pina, la maman de Francesco, Gabriela, la tante et Luca le frère. Toute la famille a été très gentille avec nous. Ils sont partis en fin d'après midi et nous nous sommes retrouvés seuls au monde dans cette belle montagne sicilienne.

The air conditioner was not powerful enough to cool the entire room .

It is a magical place with a beautiful terrace where you can sit for hours looking at Mount Etna. To experience all of that you need a car to get there. It is a house with an amazing atmosphere, not a soulless apartment or hotel room. The openness and friendliness of the hosts is an undoubted advantage of this place. Collecting fruit from a nearby orchard with the hostess will remain in my memory for a long time.
