Nice location. Quiet.
Kitchen needs deep cleaning. Inside cabinets/drawers were dirty and cabinets pulls were sticky. Rugs and furniture need to be steam cleaned.

Nice inside, out of the hectic city
very poor outside yard. not good for pet. got poison ivy on my feet, legs after walking in the yard.

It was very clean and close to all the stuff to do
It was kind of small. And you really don’t have a private deck, staff was very slow at first to respond to texts from leasing people, owner Nick was very polite
