A short distance from windsurfing, surfing, and more, this welcoming vacation home lets you experience it all. With convenient onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the 8-minute drive to Lubmin Beach or the 10-minute drive to Eldena Abbey.

As you settle into this 1-bedroom rental, you'll find a sofa bed and a BBQ grill. Enjoy the free WiFi and TV. Bathroom amenities include toilet paper and soap. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with a stovetop and a refrigerator, as well as an electric kettle, cookware, and paper towels. And there is a laundromat nearby so you can pack a bit lighter.

Tolle Unterkunft, alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Mit dem Vermieter hatten wir nur einen kurzen, sehr freundlichen telefonischen Kontakt. Wir konnten die Unterkunft früher benutzen als angegeben, was uns sehr geholfen hat. Die Umgebung ist toll, ds Meer nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Allerdings sollte man zum Baden nach Lubmin fahren. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und der Strand dort ist deutlich schöner. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Von uns noch einmal ein "Dankeschön" an den Vermieter.

Man hat auf sehr wenig Platz tatsächlich alles, was man braucht, z. B. auch Insektengitter vor allen Fenstern, die in dieser Gegend wirklich hilfreich sind. (Achtung: keine Kleiderstange, nur Truhen!). Die beiden Etagenbetten sind großzügig breit. Es gibt eine Terrasse und einen Grill sowie eine größere Rasenfläche. Man hat sich bereitwillig bemüht, uns Sonderwünsche zu erfüllen, was für uns wirklich sehr hilfreich war; der Kontakt war immer freundlich. Man spürt hier eine wohltuende Ruhe und die Meeresluft, und man kann sehr gut Rad fahren. Viel mehr können wir zur Gegend leider kaum sagen, weil wir so kurz da waren, dass wir noch nicht einmal Zeit zum Baden hatten.. (Das Meer ist nur gut 1 km entfernt ...) Der Ortsteil ist eine Neubaustraße direkt am Getreidefeld, und auch die meisten Nachbarhäuser scheinen neue Ferienhäuser zu sein, aber alles unterschiedliche, niedrige und relativ zurückhaltende Einzelbauten. (Also zwar keine Strohdächer direkt nebenan, aber man fühlt sich auch nicht etwa von anderen Neubauten belästigt, und die Natur ist sehr präsent.)

Niedliches Tinyhouse in schöner ruhiger Lage . Sehr bequeme Betten , Freizeitbeschäftigungen wie Tischtennis oder Federball, Fussball und Spiele vorhanden. Alles sauber natürlich ist es etwas eng aber dafür ist es ein Tinyhouse und sehr gemütlich. Gerne wieder

Wer einfach für wenig Geld nur verreisen kann. D.ganzen Tag nur unterwegs ist. Nur ein Schlafplatz braucht, dafür ist d. Tinyhouse ganz ok. Essen zubereiten würde ich eher nicht empfehlen, da es wirklich sehr klein ist , keine Kaffeemaschine und kein Backofen vorhanden ist nur 2 Kochfelder.Die Toilette/Bad ist allerdings ganz großzügig und reicht vollkommen aus. Zum schlafen für 4-5 Personen/Familie ist genug Platz obwohl d. Haus von hausen wirklich sehr klein wirkt.
