Für uns war alles perfekt. Die Lage einfach traumhaft. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt.
Es gibt’s Negatives zu sagen.

Die nähe zur Ostsee
Leider ist die Unterkunft weit abgelegen. Somit sind Einkäufe nur mit Auto möglich.

Wir haben unser Frühstück in der voll ausgestatteten Küche selbst gemacht. Es ist alles da, auch genügend Geschirr für 8 Personen
Alles war stimmig, hochwertige Ausstattung, das Haus war auch bei Minusgraden warm. Großer Wohn- und Essraumraum. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln - für unsere Gruppe war es ein toller Jahresausklang und Ausgangspunkt für unsere Aktivitäten, die man fußläufig oder mit Auto unternehmen kann. Der Vermieter stellt eine Mappe mit Aktivitäten zur Verfügung. Sehr gute direkte lösungsorientierte Kommunikation mit Vermieter.

Fr. Hermann ist sehr freundlich, gut zu erreichen, Ankunft hat reibungslos funktioniert. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet
Überall Spinnenweben, Viele kleine Reperaturen notwendig: der Insektenschutz zur Terasse, Türen schließen teilweise sehr schwer. Spülmaschine Fenster und vorallem Fensterrahmen dreckig Spülmaschine macht die Gläser eher dreckiger als sauber
