Overall, it wasn't a bad place to stay, but for that amount of money, I expected fewer inconvenience

Good location, tidy apartment building, well-equipped kitchen.

The sofa bed in the living room was terribly uncomfortable. The bed in the bedroom was much better. The glass dining table and glass coffee tables looked nice, but they were dangerous for small children. Sometimes, when several people were showering at the same time in other apartments in the building, there was no hot water. Unfortunately, there were no laundry or drying facilities.

We've become veterans of family apartments on booking.com and airbnb and this apartment is a find.

Two large bedrooms, kitchen an two(!) balconies give a lot of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Lots of windows give a lot of light and air, but with good dark drapes during the night. Large TVs in both bedrooms (we brought our chromecast). Spacious bathroom with bathtub. Kitchen with good amenities. Nice big open back yard. Town square 100 meters away and best café in town two doors down. Town square market on Tuesdays and Thursday-Saturday with lots of good local produce. Eating and drinking on the boats by the canal 300 meters away. Restaurant Goldmarie around the corner. University history tour, the regional museum, all the historical sites, the botanical garden(!) and a surprisingly good zoo. Beaches at Lubmin are 25 minutes away by car, or you can go 15 minutes by bike to the local beaches around Wieck.

Not much. Sharper cooking knives and maybe a little softer mattresses in the smaller bedroom.

Greifswald immer wieder schön 🤩

Freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die zentrale Lage. Der Bitte um ein späteres Auschecken wurde nachgekommen 🤩

Anfängliche Unannehmlichkeiten wie Geruchsbelästigung durch Rauchen und etwas ausgekühlte Räume - konnte jedoch schnell Abhilfe geschaffen werden ! Die Fotos im Netz wichen etwas von der realistischen Ausstattung ab. Die Schlüsselübergabe war ziemlich umständlich, besonders zu Fuß und mit Gepäck.

Πανέμορφο και φιλικό Greifswald!

Περάσαμε πολύ ωραία στο Greifswald! Ήταν ταξίδι αναψυχής αλλά και για να δούμε την κόρη μας που κάνει Erasmus στην Ψυχολογία στην πανέμορφη πόλη του Greifswald! Η διαμονή στο κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη ! Το διαμέρισμα είναι στο κέντρο της πόλης και είναι κοντά σε ότι μπορεί να χρειαστείς! Ήταν πολύ καθαρό και άνετο με όλα τα απαραίτητα για τη διαμονή! Πολύ ευχαρίστως θα ερχόμαστε ξανά! Ευχαριστώ πολύ!
